The private Spa Hotel Royal is situated close to the spa centre (350 m far from the colonnade) in a picturesque part of a forest park. A view from the windows of the spa hotel is really unique; it offers an overall and open panorama of Mariánské Lázně. The building (1911) underwent many reconstructions. In 1998 it was extended by 23 rooms in an extension, which, from the architectonic point of view, cannot be distinguished from the style of the other spa buildings of the town.
